The Canadian Curling Association officiating course has been designed not only to train officials but also to make players and coaches more knowledgeable about the officiating system and the rules of the game. To become certified Level 1 & 2, individuals must successfully complete the officiating course and gain appropriate practical experience at a recognized curling championship. Level 1 officiating courses are organized and delivered by the provincial / territorial member associations often in conjunction with national championships.

Level 1 – Game Observer, Time Keeper

Level 2 – On Ice Supervisor
